Street Dogs — regarding street dog bites

There are at least 10 street dogs from my home to premier study centre. Some of them have started behaving violent lately. They are shouting at vehicles and attempting to bite people. I already got a dog bite just 2 months back. Now i am scared of dogs like hell. The dog van occasionally passes from here. But nobody cares. I beg you ppl to catch culprit dogs. Thanking you.
