I've already raise a query regarding the issue bearing ticket number 100291.
I placed an order of three items on 9th June out of which 2 were delivered to me on 6th July. However, I did not like the product, (quality and fitting issues) which I'm unable to return since the status has not been updated in the app.
Lately I decided to cancel the order lot in the app as I couldn't find a better option to raise the issue.
I have also reached out to them over email.necesarry steps and resolution was not provided by the agency.
Please look into the matter as the products are not satisfactory and I'm unable to even reach them
