Street Style Stalk — not received refund

Hi my name is bhakti i have order shirt on street style stalk awb no is[protected]. Delivery boy came on 24th feb 2020 morning to recollect the shirt and as per mail from street style stalk the refund amount will be initiated within 4-7 working days but still i have not received mail. After long followup still they are saying refund amount will be initiated within 2-4 working days which is highly unacceptable. Kindly help me on the same issue
