Hi
My name is richa jain, i had ordered a 3 pairs of footwear from street style stalk on 9th of sep 2019 (Order no #270265) for a total price of rs 2076. These were delivered on 12th of sep. I am not satisfied with one of the products and want to return it. But the order status in the site is not updated properly and hence i am not able to place a return request. As the return needs to be initiated within 7 days of delivery, i want this issue to be resolved asap so that i can raise a return request and get my money back.
I have even emailed their support team regarding the same to which i received a reply stating that i can only reply to them in next 24 hrs after which they wont accept the return request. Which is still very much under their original 7 day policy.
I am raising a complaint here as the website is selling low quality products and not treating customers fairly when they have any issues. As a result my money is stuck with them. Please help. Was this information helpful? |
