Street Style Stalk — product not satisfied

I ordered two footware from street style stalk on 23rd november and was delivered on 24th november and i'm not satisfied with the product and want to return it as soon as possible before the initiated days to prevent inconvenience. But the order status in the site is not updated properly and i'm not able to place a return request. Please help me return as the return policy can be initiated within 7 days.

I have ordered three tops and they send me small size for them so i return them n according to them(street style stalk staff) my money is initiated on 11 November I went to the bank n ask for my money reflected but they told me they don't kno. What the hell is this where my money gone.. Never gone trust street style street.. I m regretting ordering from there. Please help me
