Street Style Stalk — street style stalk - not responding neither refunding

Hi,
My name is komal. I orderd two footwear woth rs. 499 after delivery from street style stalk on 2nd december 2018. I didn't like the product what i received and tried to ask for refund. But as per the norms you can not apply for refund unless payment is confirmed on the site. They are not confirming the payment and hence not proceeding the return process. As you must be knowing there is a limit to apply for refund or return and here it is of 7 days. It has been almost a week and they are norlt replying me at all. I just want my refund or credit amount whatever their policy is and this is why i want to make a complaint against them. Please help me. They have my money and they are not responding.
