I ordered a few clothes from them. I returned a certain number because they were damaged. I sent them numerous mails and pictures of the same. Finally the products were picked up for refund. My issue has still not been addressed. And they have my refund money and they don't update me with real bank statements of my refund yet. And they keep saying that they have initiated the refund but my bank hasn't reflected any refund from them in last 6 months. I need to get my money back. This is a fake site and they dupe people. Need action now. My order id number is 18121. I keep trying to call them, they don't answer and on mail they say they've initiated my refund but it's not reflected in my account.
