Street Style Stalk — Unable to replace or return ordered item on street style stalk

I ordered Ravishing in red peplum top from street style stalk I was unhappy with the product quality. As per their return policy, I'm eligible for a return or replacement but they are not responding to my return request. The website and mobile app are of no use.
