[Resolved] Street Style Store — #1846734 - this is my order number | |||||
I had requested for exchange as the product size was bigger than what i expected. A person from street style came and picked up the shoes. However i have not been able to track it nor did i receive replacement of the same. I have paid money for it. I am in a situation neither able to get my shoes not money back. They do not have proper customer care whom i can contact and raise the same. I am extremely disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is to bring to your notice. I got 2 emails from your company Id. One said you have received the returned item. the other email mentioned that you have not received. Why this confusion. Also I would request your team to be more efficient in tracking the details of the person who takes returned products from customers.
i really like the quality of your products hence I have been ordering from your website. But this experience was unexpected.
Please sort this with priority. I shall await to receive the Shoes.
