Hi,

I have ordered ""Platform lace up short boots"" - Size : 37 on 14th December 2019.
I did not get any update after my order. Its been so long I am waiting for my product.
when I check the status of my product, Status is still showing payment accepted.

Kindly provide the status of my order and I want to know why I did not received my product yet.
Its been approximately 20 days.

You have already took lot of time for one par of shoe to be deliver. So make it on priority. My shoe size is 37

As discussed on phone. You were suppose add the same voucher along with delivery charge which is not done yet. so tell me which one of these are available???

I am not going to resolve this until I get my shoes.
