[Resolved] Street Style Store — advance paid amount not refunded

My order has been cancelled by the company itself and promised to refund the amount paid. But i haven't received the amount yet since more than a month. Highly disappointed. Inspite of sending requests and mails again and again to them on id [protected]@streetstylestore. Freshdesk.com, mr diganta mukherjee was delaying the deliver then hence cancelled the order. Which later even promised to refund the amount. I haven't received. I want my funds back and with compensation. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Would like to inform that we are the self manufacturer and our material used in product are import from other countries, sometimes the order delay. Would like to inform you that you have placed an order with us of few products and the order has split and delivered but We regret to inform you that one product in order #1512099 has been cancelled as the products are not under production due to unavoidable circumstances.
