[Resolved] Street Style Store — amount has been debited and yet not order confirmation has been received | |||||
I ordered 5 items from street style store website including 2 heels worth ₹499 each and 3 flats from the '3 flats for 999' category on 14th of july, 2017 at 8:57 pm. A total of ₹2116.94 (Total amount of order including the shipping charges) has been debited from my bank account for the same. I have not received any confirmation email or order id. The order is not visible in 'my account' even after refreshing and re logging in. There new customer support system lets you ask a question but only if you select the order id first. How am i supposed to write to you if i haven't received my order id yet? Ps: i am attaching here the message of the amount debited from my account and the order summary. Jul 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved After several emails and messages, they have refunded the amount. Street Style Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I even tried calling on the number they have provided in the website, several times and it is constantly busy. I have tried to get in touch with them through their consumer support system but to write a question I must have an Order ID, which I have not received for this particular order. I have still written a complaint with another Order Id and mentioned the same in the complaint as well. I have not received any kind of word from their side.
