[Resolved] Street Style Store — charging extra money for order

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. According to size issue i initiated exchange request. They delivered me right size shoes but that pair was defective. As sss does not have return policy, i again initiated a exchange request asking for fresh new product. Now they are charging me rs.200 extra for receiving this order. I refused to accept the order. Now i have raised multiple tickets against them asking for refund of my money but i am not getting any reply from sss Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
