[Resolved] Street Style Store — Complaining about not delivering the product

Hello Sir/Madam,
I placed a order(2 shoes) in the first week of August.I have already paid the amount of 1299 in their account.Then I have received my order after 2/3 weeks, most probably after 20th Aug.As the size was not fitting me, I request for a exchange which they came and took from me on 30th Aug.After that it's been 1 month now no update on that.When I tried calling them no respond.Everyday showing engage.I tried sending email too.First email I got reply but after that they stop replying also.
So please help me how can I get the money back.
