I returned the article to sss but in return sss is returning the same article to me and charging for delivery...at last i have neither got amt back nor any credit note and i have been following up quite long. No one has turned up to respond. now the situation is i want to complain in police if my complain is not entertained...kindly respond asap

I have ordered two items on 26th May but i have not received the order. I have done the online payment for same. I am not getting any shipping status or tracking status of order. Also i have raised the query on there website but i did not received any update
