[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Credit slip issues

My order id is #1090172. I have placed an order for "3 for 999" on 20/11/2016, then i cancelled it for some changes. I didn't get my money back and when i mailed to the given customer care email [protected]@streetstylestore.com they said their policy is not refundable and will provide a credit slip for the same amount which will visualize in 24-48 hours. From the date, till now i didn't get any credit slip also they do not respond to my mails and phone calls. Very disappointed from this site. Please provide me a credit slip or return money.
