[Resolved] Street Style Store — Customer Experience

This is the second time, I have had a very bad experience with street style store. The delivery guys are very rude. They always come and ask me to come down from my office premies to collect the parcel. Reason being not allowed to get bikes inside. I am expected to go outside the premises to collect the parceo?I have ordered with othet websites like Amazon, Flipkart to name a few too but they always come and deliver the products. I suppose, they also drive bikes. I am really annoyed with all this. This kind of service is not acceptable

A suggestion from my side, kindly improve your customer care service. With dissatisfied customers its hard to compete specially when some of the online sites are providing such good and fast services
