I received the replacement but both the size 36 and 37, doesnt not fit my feet, there is some kind of manufacture defect with this product.

Kindly take this back and please send me the below link product in size 37, or process me refund so that I can purchase this from my end.

I received a message stating that my return has been deferred to 11March and no one came after that, and I got a message stating the return has been cancelled. Kindly arrange for a return and process my replacement. Also let me know if I should send it back at my expense??
