[Resolved] Street Style Store — Delay in shipment

Placed my order on 22nd Nov'16 and still not delivered.
Got a mail that part of my order was shipped on 20th but no tracking details so far.
Still no update on shipment of the remaining order.

To make matters worse, you take forever to reply but claim to reply in 24 hrs).The phone given in the website is always busy and if the line gets through, its not even answered.

If your service quality is this poor, I don't think you should be doing any business. NO other online store takes more than 1 month to deliver.

Its been more than a week that i have ordered this product but yet to rcv it..Its been already paid but why havent i rcvd the product? moreover i cant reach the customer care ppl. Kindly deliver it or refund me my money.
