It is very disappointing that after sending mail for exchange of product, it has not been responded till date. I have already requested for the product exchange but no body responded on that issue. I have sent the pickup request for order no.1630230 and order reference zsswoqprq

Please pick the product as soon as posssible and provide replacement.
