i will really appreciate if somebody can help me either get this item or refund the amount, coz i have not received any revert from SSS. they are behaving like a fraud co. and are just lame in service. Only a fancy website wont help you retain the the customer base. I am so pissed with their attitude.

We have gone through your order and status shows that the parcel has been returned to origin. Let us explain this to you.

We shipped your order on "11/29/2016" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.

So, now we are issuing you a credit note of the same amount you had paid for your products which you can use in shopping in future with us!

Updated by Salvia Sharan Have used this credit note but again the same issue.Where is the item??when will it be delivered??
If you are not capable to deliver item for which u have already taken money in adv then you should be shameful and refund the amount.take some responsibility.this is fraud
