[Resolved] Street Style Store — Did not deliver my product | |||
I made a purchase from an e-commerce website called streetstylestore.com on May 21st (order confirmation attached). On May 28th, since I received no information about my order delivery status, I raised an enquiry, after which my order's status changed to urgent dispatch. Further I got a mail from someone called 'Atul' which said the below: "Dear Customer, This email is regarding your order #167253 (MKGQCFGPF) and 168442 (ENSCBXQOD) . We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As you know our product delivery time is 3-21 working days, however, due to the higher demand of the product ordered by you than we had expected, there is some delay. We would request you to provide us next 7-10 working days more as the product is still production and we will dispatch it as soon as it will be ready. Also, we do not have refund policy. We appreciate your co-operation and patience." After this I have not received any updates from them. I have a feeling that they are frauds especially after they said they do not have a refund policy. Please take necessary action and help me get either my product or money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The order # : 168442 is ready to be dispatched and will be delivered to you within 5-6 working days. However, the details of the order # : 167253 have been forwarded to the concerned dept. and that will be dispatched within a week max.
