I have placed my actual order 01495038 on 5th may ie 3 for 999/- from which i needed to change the size of one product and the other product needs to be exchanged. But uptill now i have not received my product in change of size and the other one is with me and you not even arranging a pickup for it. You arranged for a credit note and when i ordered you asked me to pay 266/- more. Why should i pay it when already i have paid for what i bought. Since this one month i have been calling on your numbers but no one is responding. Only mr mukherjee once assisted me in arranging pickup, that's it. You have taken the money but have not solved the issues. Kindly solve them soon or i will have to take a legal action against you.

I ordered 3 tops in INR 1149 and want to change one of the top as it is ill-fitted but inspite of mailing several times i have not recieved any reply.. order no. is #1543718. please look into the matter asap
