I already paid for a product online through credit card.
I have the details of transaction with me and the invoice on the website is still cod.
There is a discrepancy in payment.
I mailed them regarding this but they are not even responding back regarding my issue.
Regarding the helpline number, the website says the time is 8am-6pm. but during 8-6 u cant even contact them. and after that they dont receive the call
