Hello, i am aakriti bhardwaj and i have placed the order for 999 from street style store on[protected] however i have received the item after one month but the size was not fit to me. I wear size 39 or number 6 but the items i got not fitted to me so i requested to exchange with size 38 unfortunately there is no difference in size., it doesn't fit me.
I tried to call them but number doesn't connect so i dropped a query and email what i get that you can't replace. What kind of facility they provide? What you wanna check where is you'r order as i got my replacement 9th march however the product was picked up on 11th feb but they didn't update their tracking i was all worries. I want the correct size of shoes that's all i want.

Hello, I have received an email that they will send a person to collect the order and then they will send the correct size asap . However after returning the replacement on 10th of March they didn't turn up. They have my money with them as well as the slippers . I don't have anything after paying money on January month. This is the mental harassment. I have to keep update my self to mark them email and follow up However they are not turning back and updated the status as Resolved. I don't know without sending the product how could they mention it here? I need the resolution ASAP as it's been 5 months

We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation, we arrange the pickup of the product the pick-up will take "2-3" working days once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

Updated by Aakriti bhardwaj Hi I have not received my replacement yet. You have picked up the parcel and its been 2 months I am waiting for the correct size of the order. You guys are making fool of your customers.

Updated by Aakriti bhardwaj So I hv received the replacement after 5 months with a lot of harassment and complaint. I have wasted my time and invested the money for 5 months without getting the order. It was a mental harassment.
I need the compensation for all the mental stress you given me

Updated by Aakriti bhardwaj I have waited my 6 months and invested for the slippers for almost 6 months. It was completely a trouble and mental cause. I am really unhappy cz everytime I had to follow up for my money and for my product. which id not acceptable at all. I need compensation for all of the trouble I faced for last 6 months to get my order replaced .
