I had ordered for 3 slippers and received all of them. But one among them didn't fit well and i raised an exchange request. The product was picked up by courier ramesh the next day. And now it's been a week or more yet i have not received the product back. I called customer care but no proper response. I sent few emails, no response again. I'm very dissapointed. Please send my product back as soon as possible

yesterday i was order 2 products now when i check my product details it shows that my order cancelled duplicate order what does that mean is my order never been shiped r not plz explain
