[Resolved] Street Style Store — Exchange not received

Order number:1189463. I have returned product and they have received product at their warehouse still they have initiated Exchange there's no proper means of customer support. Ve been checking account everyday please help, , I have contacted them for Exchange but there has been no reply from them their website says replacement order made since, 1/202017 but no tracking number till now and no reply from them this is the second timw it happened

Updated by khudu I have provided more than 5 working days...Still no resolution you may refund my money ordering with you guys is Like losing money.. if I don't get return or exchange I'm going to lodge complaint to national consumer as I have played my part and contacted but you guys have not taken proper care at my complaint

Updated by khudu Is this really consumer forum. I have lodged complaint for 1 month and it has not yet been resolved. Am I being fooled? Or I should go ahead and lodge complaint to national consumer forum. I ordered product 2 months back requested exchange soon after that not a single response from manufacturer or you guys
