I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 16/11/2016 after 2 months I received one pair that also not the one I ordered when I complained through you they promised me for an exchange . I returned them the wrong pair which they confirmed that they have received on 23/01/2017.
But till date my exchange shoes have not reached me and also not the other pair of shoes that I ordered
It has been 3 Months now the company is fooling me.
Its my 9th complaint through you since than . Its limits of mental harassment now. When will I receive my 2 pair of shoes ??

We don't have a refund policy and it is clearly mentioned on our website.

We have already generated a voucher code of Rs 699/-. The code is NZGRUIQX and is valid for 1 year. If you face any issues in using it you can let us know.

Updated by Ishanthakur9001 The company is fooling me from past 3 months. I ordered 2 pair of shoes on 16/11/2017 . They are playing this complaint game with me and not giving a aproriate reply of my complaint . They sometimes talk of exchange sometimes of voucher sometimes pick up money.
I simply want the 2 pair of shoes I ordered and the courier charges . I don't want any voucher for shopping valid for 1 year of any hell of a time . My first order with the company has not been delivered since 3 months how the hell do they think I will shop in future . I don't want anything just the 2 pair of shoes I ordered and money to be deposited in my account which I paid for the return purpose

The refund amount worth Rs 1398 has been done from our end however, the concerned bank may require some time for the entire process to be accomplished which varies from 3-4 working days depending on the card issuing bank.
