Street Style Store — Exchange product no update yet

I had ordered slippers but due to wrong size i wanted to exchange it, my order number is # 5906174, and they sent me a mail saying to courier my order to "C/O CuteCode StreetStyleStore LLP, KH.No.10/5/2, Village Bhudhpur, Landmark - Near Bhudhpur Firny, New Delhi - 110036, Phone Number: +91-[protected] ". address i had courier it and it reached on 21st April, but there is no update from the company nor anybody is receiving my call nor customer care is supposed please help me regarding this matter
