This is regarding order reference jrwiduizv - placed on 04/12/2018

Due to size issue of fauna in focus heels - shoe size : 36 i am not able to give return request as it is not showing at all. I am trying to give return request for another product from 16th may 2018

Either you return my money let me choose another product of same cost.
Also i have given size exchange request for one product but no information about that also.

Your customer service is very slow..
I really don’t no why you are not exchanging the product.

I purchased two pair of footwear.

I am trying to give exchange request for both products due to size issue. Out of that only pair is accepted for size change. For another product fauna in focus heels - shoe size : 36 i am trying to give exchange request from 16th may is not accepting at all. Why is this? You don not have any contact no you people dont even reply mails on time.
Then how you will resolve the problems??

Either you exchange that product also or return my money.
