[Resolved] Street Style Store — exchanged product still not received

I ordered a pair of shoes on 17 december but due to size issues i sent an exchange pick up request on 24th of december for another size of shoes. Its 8th today and i have still. Not recieved my shoes. Atleast tell me how much time will it take. I am very annoyed because you guys are not even replying to my mails. No contact no.
