[Resolved]  Street Style Store — hasn't received my order yet

My order no. 2467900 ordered on 13 october was supposed to be here but i hasn't received it. Please do something in this case. I need to gift those pairs. I have spend a whole of my saving in it. And these people are showing irresponsiblility towards this. I have complained about this multiple times and also calling there customer care but they are always busy.

We will take a moment here to apologize for all the mess here. We had all the honest intentions to deliver the best of product and at the best possible time. It is some operational fault which was not taken care and we failed in providing you the hassle free service.

I have received the items I had ordered. But it does not fit my foot size. There is no refund service available hence I need credit note. Kindly help me with that.
