[Resolved] Street Style Store — Have an incorrect item in my order and no response after raising several queries

Hi Team,

Regarding order no: XDPESMTDD (#1192480)

I ordered a shoe with size 36 which was big for me. Later, i raised a request for exchange and i asked for size 35. The exchanged product i got after some 25 days and that to again the same size i.e. 36. I have raised n number of queries to provide me the shoe of size 35 or refund my money back. I am done with raising requests and asking for the reply. Really disappointed with the attitude of SSS team.PLease help me getting the proper product or my money.

I dint get any call yet for the replacement. Plus the SSS team is telling me for second replacement they but that was not my fault. For replacement i ordered 35 size show but they gave me 36 size show. I don't see and amount to be paid here because it was your team's fault. Please arrange for the same in next 2 days otherwise i will keep logging complain for the same.
