[Resolved] Street Style Store — I am complaining about my shoes

I had bought two pairs of shoes and having size issue, thats why i want to exchange. But when i tried for exchange, a popup message was appear that "exchange is not available on this product".. But at the booking time, there wasn't any message or note regarding return or exchange.
How one can judge whether return is available or not.. It is ridiculous.. What should i do with smaller size of shoes?
Kindly resolve it as soon as possible..
