[Resolved] Street Style Store — I am complaining about order # 1187885 not delivered

I have ordered 3 pairs of slippers amounting to 999.00 on 01/05/2017 which was delivered on 01/12/2017. Since, the size did not fit to me requested for exchange on the same day. Till to date I have not received any products. Order history shows the product has been delivered on 02/11/2017. Could you please provide the details of recipient of the product because I have not received any communication saying the product has been delivered.

As per your response on my mailbox, "We have issued you a new voucher of the same amount so that you can easily order something new from our vast collection". However, voucher has been created only for Rs.498 and which says the said voucher expires on the same day when I had received email. Can I ask a question? When I had paid a money of Rs.999 why only Rs.498 voucher has been issued to me? I think SSS is only a online shopping who will give only one day time to use the vouchers. Please don't try to fool me around.

Could you please provide me the contact number to talk about the above said issue? because your customer care number shows as invalid number. I think this is second time I am asking for contact details. Hope to receive the response soon.
