I recieved one size shorter boots so i requested pickup and exchange. Though the boots had already been picked up and i received the message, but the return hasn't been initiated yet. Also there is no further message regarding the boots. I need it with a bigger size as requested asap!
The service is very slow and there is no any medium to contact you. I needed the product for an occasion and that day had been passed. I even tried to contact on the instagram, but there was no reply. This shouldn't be done with any customer. I need my product as soon as possible. Reply!!!
