[Resolved]  Street Style Store — I have not received replacement delivery

The account on the site has listed priority dispatch for my replacement order since 20th Feb, still no tracking number has been issued which implies that this has not been sent out for delivery.
The same feedback of priority dispatch was received last week but no further action.
Case 13159 is the latest number allocated today with the same feedback.
Even the helpline number is not reachable to escalate.
