Street Style Store — I want to cancel my order

I want to cancel my return so that I can change the the size of the replacement product( Bcz they take 200 rs on every exchange and I already made return 2 times) but my query is never answered nor any action is taken. They always give me query no. But it is never get resolved .My query number is 112419 if it can be resolved I'll be thankful to consumer complaint forum. This website has support system so whenever I Complaint they tell me that they have new support system which will be helpful for me and many times I have wrote an email that support system is not helping me in my problem but they never reply to my query plus they have provided with the mobile number but they never pickup the call so it's useless and if they don't want to pickup the call they should not provide with this fake number . Hope to get help from this consumer complaint site.
