I ordered 3 footwears from your website on1st january 2019 but one of them turned out to be a relly very cheap and horrible product. I want to exchange it with different product.Here is the order number #2595031. Check the image attached. Also, your customer care number isn't working. What should a dissatisfied customer do now? Is this the way to deal with your customers??? I need immediate help with a proper solution. I want to replace the product. Also would like to know about delivery status of order #2600653
