It has been almost a month now i have been trying to contact the company for an exchange but they seem to not care about the issue enquires i have submitted. They haven't even updated the delivery status on my account and as a result i cannot initiate exchange. I reported the issue in all the ways possible nut there is no sign of taking the matter seriously to get it resolved.

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 3-5 working days.

Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, /replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
