Street Style Store — I'm unable to cancel my order

I ordered at SSS store using prepaid payment...and I wanted the order within 9 days but it seems to take 21 days which Is waste for me ...so I tought of canceling it but the website has no option to do ...I even made a phonecards to the customer care number for 20 times but it says that customer care executives are busy ...help me get the money and cancel my order
