I had 2 exchange request.
Zipzggpkq - reference number. I got my product delivered on 22/01/19 and on the same day i placed my exchange request for a larger size. The conpay now claims that i have extended 15days and the order won't be exchanged. The company irresponsibility is causing me wasting of money.
Wpwwgvuhp - reference number. I got the order delivered on 19/02/19 and placed exchange request on the same day for a larger size. The same story as my above.
The company doesn't respond to mails. All agents are busy everytime i try to contact them.
Does this company even bother to be responsible? Do you guys even get that your carelessness is costing me. You people do not even care to reply to my mails.
I want you to call me and sort the issue as i'm tired of contacting you guys through your portal.
