Hi, There are some issues with the size of my shoes and i want to exchange them. And want a bigger size. But the problem is, the product status is not showing as "delivered" on SSS site, so i am not able to raise the return request for the same. I had placed an order on the 02/03/2017 for three dresses. They informed me that the product will be delivered within 3-21 business days. It's been 47 days now and still no response. They keep telling me that the product will be dispatched soon. But I've had enough. I have raised 5 queries already and my patience has run out. .
