It has been a month now, firstly they split my order into 3 parts which they took a month to deliver, next the items were of really worst quality material, and the size was completely different from what they mentioned, now I donât like the products at all so I asked for the CREDit points or refund, firstly they refused, then I mentioned the price of the products has changed so they have to give me the CREDit points, since then it has been around 10 days they are not answering the calls and not replying to my tickets.
