I am writing this complaint inform you regarding your inconvenient and gruesome customer service. Well to start, I placed my order on 18th October (#[protected][protected]for 3 pair of flats. On 10th November, I received a mail notifying me about splitting up of the order that I placed and accordingly I received 2 out of 3 items on 14th November.It is a matter of grave concern that I have not yet received the complete order even after the completion of an entire month of placing it. Even after writing multiple mails n phone calls, there is no response at your end. To add to that, neither do you accept Cash on Delivery n nor a provision of tracing the order.
I understand that SSS is a small start up n is still emerging, but atleast as a service provider it's their primary responsibility to atleast address to the concerns of your customer. I sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter and inform me about the tentative date when the item is likely to get delivered. Was this information helpful? |
