This is bizzare.My name is Ekta Singh I have mailed so many times all I receive is a ticket and nobody picks up my call. I had ordered three dresses for the order no 1173857 out of which I have already returned two dresses. But I haven't received the money back. It seems like company has no interest in returning my money which is Rs.998 to be precise. I just need my money back and make sure not to reply through mail. I need a call to discuss my problem and resolution of it that is all. I have got the return slip also.

Updated by SinghEkta I had placed an order worth 1397 which were three dresses. Out of those I had returned two(last two dress in the picture I have provided). I need my 998 rupees back. I just can't let it go with these cheat people. Also once i got a reply jist because I had mailed Rimjim Deka too who I believe is some jead of the company and again no response(I have attatched the picture of the reply I received). They just don't receive the calls so that they don't have to return the money. This is too much. I would definitely take a further action against SSS if my money is not returned.
