I added clothes from SSS in my cart and proceed to checkout through phone pe. In phone pe I made payment and it got successful (screenshot attached) But when it directed me back to SSS website. My order was in cart only and it said proceed to payment. But the amout already got debited and it is not showing on their website. They took my money but have not placed order. Street Style Store customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 10, 2021 Updated by Bindu Kamal The company is saying that they have not received any such payments. But the money is debited from the account. I want my money back. They are playing with the customer's hard earned money. Please take a serious action on this. The bank statement is also having the transferred mail id as streetstylestore.[protected]@icici (screenshot attached). How are they claiming as not received any such payments.
