[Resolved] Street Style Store — more than 40 days passed still order isn't delivered

Today is more than 40 days. I still haven't received the order. This is the worst customer experience I have had till yet on online shopping. I can't track the order as it doesn't show in my account's order history and have received no email that what is the order status. I have raised 2-3 queries but in vain as no response only case id are generated.
There is no contact number where one can reach. Need my money nback or else delivered my wedges in 2-3 days

Please accept our sincere apologies !!

On a very sad note, we had to cancel your order . We are not very happy to inform you this and we know you are disappointed too.

This cancellation was due to some operational problem on our end . We have initiated your refund request to the accounts department. It will take "5-7" days for the refund to complete.

Hope this will be not our last conversation and you will order with us once again.And we assure you, we will go extra mile to give you best of services. Its just that we got unlucky this time.
