[Resolved] Street Style Store — My order not being delivered

I had placed an order on 31st august 2016, order id : 912380 (4 items),. made a payment of 3600 rs. but have not yet received my product. there is no response on the emails sent neither am i able to get through the number[protected] that is given on the website, either the number is busy or nobody picks up. i have already raised the complaint wide earlier through this forum but had no luck.

Can you please help in getting my money refunded. i cannot raise multiple complaints on the same issue just to get an answer.

Please help i need an answer. the last time when you had written to the vendor said that my product is in high demand and i should be rest assured that i will get my product by 22nd september. however there is no update on the order till now. can i go ahead and file an fir with police for fraud and cheating?

Updated by Aruna Shankar this is the same email that I have received on all my complaints raised. My order was to reach me by 22nd Sept. It is 28th Sept and there is no update. I do not want the products, refund my money. I also want a phone number where I can contact your office.
