[Resolved] Street Style Store — no delivery or updates for my prepaid orders

I placed 4 orders with streetstylestore on the 14th of september, paid by card already. I still haven't received my orders. This is very disappointing as i have been waiting for my order for so long. Your customer care is a joke. No one answers the customer care number and i sent repeated emails and never got a reply back. I have bought stuff from you in the past that i had delivered to me within a week. But this appalling.
How can you run a business while you're slacking so much?

I'll be sure to warn others against ordering from this store if this is the kind of service that you provide. I am actually worried about my hard-earned money spent as well.

This is no way to treat customers. Either you refund my amount or have it delivered to me with due updates. Please fix your website as well if your products are out of stock.

I hope i hear from your executives soon. If not so then you've definitely lost a customer in me.

I will personally follow-up on your order every day to track the progress of your shipment and we will email you as soon as it has shipped. there will be more delay in your order due to some unavoidable circumstances., as we know our product delivery time is 3-21 working days& we have already crossed that. We can understand your pain and anger but we assure you that we will be dispatching your products in a week time.

Your orders #1782803 is is ready for dispatch. This means that we will ship your shipment in next 3-4 business days.

" Mehek ", we will take a moment here to apologise. We were not able to stand by our commitment of delivering in time period of 3-21 days.

Regarding the orders #1782731 and #1782780.

To be honest, we also don't like our customers to be waiting for the orders. However, we are a start up and have got our own manufacturing so, we are struggling in terms of production and delivery. We are working on this feedback already and hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.
